District Initiatives

We love a good opportunity to support our district as a whole so that our impact can be felt at every campus across the KISD community!  We provide $15,000 in funding to offset costs of AP exams, providing scholarships to students who would otherwise be unable to take them.  Because these exams allow high school credits to count towards college, this saves Keller ISD families millions of dollars each year.

In 2024, the Foundation provided a $20,000 grant to ensure that all students and staff had access to solar eclipse glasses so that they could experience the extremely rare, total eclipse.  We also fund projects such as the KISD Film Festival, Job Olympics, Teachers of Tomorrow, Hope Squads and more!  Have an idea for a district initiative partnership?  We are always open to new opportunities to support our district!

Solar glasses were provided for all Keller ISD students and staff to experience the total eclipse in the Spring.

We love funding this annual creative outlet for KISD students of all ages!

One of our favorite events of the year, theĀ KISD Job Olympics, unites special education students from every high school to put their skills to the test!
