Keller ISD Education Foundation and Keller Rotary
Now Accepting Applications for Scholarships through March 20

The Keller ISD Education Foundation is accepting applications from all Keller ISD graduating seniors through March 20, 2015.  The Foundation will award twelve (12) $1,000.00 tuition scholarships to an accredited college, university, community college or trade school.  In addition, the foundation will award, on behalf of the Rotary Club, (4) $1,000.00 tuition scholarships.

The applicant must be a graduating senior enrolled in Keller ISD.  The Keller ISD Education Foundation encourages all qualified students to see their guidance counselor for an application and instructions.  The Education Foundation is a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization made up of community volunteers whose sole purpose is to generate and distribute resources for the benefit of the children of the Keller Independent School District.

Now Accepting Lisa Veitenheimer Memorial Nominations

The Lisa Veitenheimer Memorial Award was established in 2009 in memory of Lisa Veitenheimer, an educator and one of the founders of the Keller ISD Education Foundation.  Through an endowment, the Lisa Veitenheimer Memorial Fund presents up to five $250 awards to teachers who are in their first year of teaching.  Nominations for this award are being accepted through March 20, 2015.  Peers, mentors, principals or administration personnel may submit the nomination.  The application may be accessed by clicking on the button below:

3rd Annual Inspiration Gala
Date Set For May 2, 2015

Extraordinary plans are underway for the Keller ISD Education Foundation's 3rd Inspiration Gala which kicks of with "Spurs & Stilettos", a celebratory event to be held at the Texas Motor Speedway on May 2, 2015.  All eyes will be on the 2015 Grant Recipients and Teachers of the Year as they are honored for their outstanding service to the students of Keller ISD. 

The Inspiration Gala features a VIP Reception, Silent Auction, Dinner and Awards Ceremony.  Joining in this year's celebration will be Emcee Robert Early.  Mr. Early is the President and CEO of JPS Health Network.

Our goal is to enhance the quality of our children's education by funding enrichment programs and technologies that are not supported by local and state budgets and provide scholarship funds to qualifying seniors of Keller ISD.
